What makes these spheres and half-balls “Rustic” is the textured surface and weathered appearance for a different twist on the smooth FireBalls Rasmussen has been making for almost thirty years. Rustic FireBalls, inspired by actual antique cannon balls, are available in individual pieces: 2″, 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″ 7″ and 8″ diameters, and 4″, 6″ and 7″ half-balls. Rustic FireBalls are available in the same set configurations as with the smooth ones: Uniform 4″; Massive FireBalls (uniform in 5″, 6″, 7″ and 8″ diameters); and Mixed Rustic FireBalls (variety of sizes in each set).

The coloration is different with Rustic FireBalls. We highlight the high points of each ball with a yellow/beige ceramic stain, then dip them in different colors to achieve the Coal, Pewter and Rust colors. These colors are only available for Rustic FireBalls. The colors used with smooth FireBalls are not available in the Rustic FireBalls.
