Happy Independence Day!
Rasmussen will be closed on Thursday, July 4 through Sunday, July 7, in observance of the 248th anniversary of the birth of our country.
As we celebrate Independence Day, let’s honor the courage of the fifty-six signers of the Declaration of Independence. They risked everything to affirm that “all Men are created equal” and to secure the unalienable rights of “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”
Today, while many serve our nation in the military and public safety, most of us will enjoy barbecues and family time. Take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices made for our freedom.
Remember the foundational principles of our nation: Liberty, E Pluribus Unum (“From Many, One”), and In God We Trust. These values are imprinted on every coin. As we move towards cashless transactions, let’s ensure these principles continue to be passed down to younger generations.
