For Thanksgiving:

Thursday, November 26 – closed to give thanks.
Open on Friday, November 27, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.

For Christmas:

Thursday, December 24 – closed
Friday, December 25 – closed for Christmas

For New Year’s:

Thursday, December 31 – 8:00 am until Noon, then closed for inventory.
Friday, January 1 – closed for New Year’s Day.

Bromic Patio Heater Inventory Status…at a Glance

Please visit https://radiantpatioheater.com/status/ to view a color-coded status of our current inventory of Bromic heaters. Since August, patio heaters have been like toilet paper during the first three months of the lockdown. We have sold out of much of our inventory, but have many orders in with Bromic. We have some guesstimates on when we expect to receive replenishments as shown in this chart, which is updated often. I anticipate that our inventory will reach equilibrium with demand by the Spring.

Here is a recap of our Order Confirmation Process…

(during normal business hours 8 am to 4:40 pm, Pacific time, Monday through Friday):

Within a few minutes to a couple of hours of receipt of an order by either email (to Orders@Rasmussen.biz), or fax (to 562-698-3510), we will acknowledge receiving your order by the same method (email-to-email, or fax-to-fax)
Within a couple of hours after receiving your order, those who have indicated to us that they desire their invoices to be emailed to them will receive a confirming Sales Order via email.
One business day after your order is shipped you will receive an invoice, inside of which will have the tracking number(s) and the name of the freight carrier.

Please note:

Please review the confirming Sales Order immediately for accuracy of quantity, item number, shipping address, and all other details. Please contact us immediately with any discrepancies. We deem the order accurate if we do not hear from you soon after we send it.
You may designate several people to receive the confirming Sales Orders (who will also receive the Invoices). Please email us at Info@Rasmussen.biz with any additions or deletions to the email list for your company.
